Backpacking

Quick recap of the boy scout trip to the alpine lake wilderness area followed by a few photos:
An early Wed. morning departure, a moment on the road up to help a stranded motorist, an easy backpack in to our campsite at Little Hyas Lake. Thursday, a brutal second day of hiking to Tuck Lake and Tuck's Pot and an attempt to ascend higher to Robin Lakes. Friday, a return backpack trip back to the van, and then a hike to Squaw Lake. Weather was ideal, lots of sun
and no rain. The scouts handled the trip very well. And the meals were excellent...Thanks Gordon!
